Hi.(I'm not very good at writing in german, so you'll have to bear with me writing in english). This is our E30 Touring in AC Schnitzer S3 edition, that we have had for 1 1/2 years. It started out as a totally stock 320i Alpineweiss II touring, that was 98% original, when we bought it back in April 2014. When it was bought, we put it in storage from April 2014-January 2015, when we decided we wanted to build a AC Schnitzer S3 replica. I'm a huge fan of AC Schnitzer E30's and have been collecting ACS3 E30 parts since 2011, so it was not that hard to make the decision to build one, since we already had the parts for one. The real deal.
The car was as I said, 98% original, and had never had rust repairs, so there was a lot of areas to take care of. When that was done, and the car passed inspection we had to wait a long time for the paintshop to finish painting the ACS parts and wheels. Here's a list of parts that were used on the old E30. AC Schnitzer S3 bodykit. AC Schnitzer TYP 3102A 16x7,5 wheels. AC Schnitzer strutbrace. (For M3 S3 Sport and early model S3). AC Schnitzer TYP II 380 mm steering wheel. AC Schnitzer black and silver dead pedal. AC Schnitzer E-brake handle. AC Schnitzer exhaust tip. MHW taillights. DEPO black headlights. Black turn signals. XYZ Supersport suspension (painted in gold color). E30 M3 diff.
