I'm running tight on money now. I just got done spending more than 3,000 on the car. I got a new supersprint exhaust. from the headers all the way back to the muffler. re-upholstered the interior and got a few odds and ends i.e. a motor. hopefully this new motor solves all my problems. after all this this should be running like a brand new car.

Yeah i feel you Angel...I spent almost 3000euros this month in Stereo equipment, camshaft change, VANOS replacement, and a Nav. Unit...
The camshaft change went well. I went to the dynamometer to test it on tuesday. Back in August when i did a test it was 170ps, on tuesday it was 197ps so I am happy(for now)...my new enclosure is done and i went and had an SPL test done on it today and the result was 134.6db...and that is with 10" subs(x2)...

damn man sounds like it's coming along huh!? I started replacing the motor today. I gat the bell housing and torque converter bolts all done and all the wiring and hoses is almost done. last will be the intake manifold. I already installed the new supersprint muffler and the headers. boy, does that look much better than what I had before. I'll let you guys know tomorrow how it turned out.

Well, it worked out. cranked up right away. finally. and my new exhaust and headers sounds perfect. now I got to put my interior back in. it's looking pretty good so far. I got it done a little cheaper out here that I would have in germany. I only paid 1,500 instead of 1,800 euro.

Remember the 3-4inches of snow that were falling that day?...LOL...thats why we didnt go..i had to go up on thursday with another guy so Peter could look at his stuff and quote him a price....He insisted on doing my SPL test then so I obliged him...we can still go sometime next week preferably Weds. or Thurs.
@G.I. yeah its coming along man...funny thing is my mechanic told me I should have around 215ps and that once i replaced my ABS computer i would regain my lost 18ps. Problem is that the computer costs ~350euros new without work....soooo we will see what happens...

sorry dude I've been battling with my car lately now it's the tranny. I got the motor working good so the trnsmission wants to be a b*%#c now. But, moving on to better news..... you ready..... I got an M3. bought it today I'll post some pics. and yes I do yahoooooooo. angelitogaray@yahoo.com

As you all already know we have neamed our cars something. Like my 318ti is "Bruised" (it's black, blue and purple) I named my M3 "Contender" because now I actually have a chance in a race. does that make sense to anyone?

Yeah it makes sense dude.....as far as the hesitation is concerned...ummm..isnt it an automatic? Unlike the newer models with Autos/SMG the older models ALWAYS have hesitation before car realizes that you want it to switch gears and the tranny actually does it...thats why so many people who race or drive hard (like myself..LOL) swear by manuals....got any new pics of the former "CreamSaver" current "Bruised"? I didnt get a chance to see it before you left.
