Update 15.06.08 !:
- Swapping engine block/head for 1.9 M44 bj. 1997. Using inlet manifold, all sensors, exhaust etc from M42.
- Sand blasted all engine covers, and inlet manifold, then painted flat black.
- Gaskets, simering, etc are new
Update 27.04.08 !:
- The new wheels has arrived.
Schmidt 10X20 and 12X20 with 245 and 305 tires!
- CCFL angel eyes fitted.
- 10.000K Xenon kit fitted.
The body modifications & painting:
First it got its Seidl Tuning kit fitted. Then after many hours sanding and filler, it recived some more layers with spray filler. Sanded again, and then into the paint booth. After being painted a special blue with pink pearls/flake, it was sanded again to recive even more clear coat.
The begining:
I bought it as a stock 1992 318is coupe as a quick fix. Little did I know how this project would evolve..

Super Arbeit. Tolle Farbe. Aber diese spoiler sind für meine Augen kaum zu ertragen. Vor allem hinten. Aber dir muss es gefallen. Geschmäcker sind nun mal verschieden. Baust ihn bestimmt irgendwann zurück 😃
Also eigentlich finde ich solche Umbauten -speziell beim e36- einfach nur scheußlich!!
Aber deiner sieht insgesamt echt annehmbar aus..
Hast dir ne Menge Arbeit gemacht und auch sauber durchgeführt..
ABER! Meiner Meinung nach gehört da ein M3 Triebwerk rein - 318is bei dem Auftreten ist ja wohl ein Witz! :D

Hammer Teil!
Respekt vor der ganzen Arbeit mag auch sehr sauber umgesetzt sein jedoch gehören e46 Teile an einen e46!
Meiner Meinung nach sieht der 3er wie ein nippon racer aus und nicht mehr wie ein BMW.
Also überhaupt nicht mein Geschmack, trotzdem Hut ab.

respect for your very good work, i`ve seen it at racewars 2008 and in the magazie "bmw-scene".
normally i don`t like such transformations of a e36, but this car looks very good. i can see, that it was hard work to built it...

is klar als alltagsauto würd ich den nicht fahren, nur für treffen oder sonstige sachen um die arbeit die drin steckt zu präsentieren, deswegen verstehe ich auch nicht was für probleme hier manche leute haben
es ist mal was ganz anderes find ich, und so schlecht steht er auch ned da ;)

Die Front könnte bisschen dezenter sein. Schade ist das bei dem Bodykit die Reifenbreite nicht so zu sehen ist. Und tiefer geht auch noch :-P
