Beitrag von: Nöl Date: 10.03.2023 Thema: Motor g42 218i/230i ---------------------------------------------------------- Hi ich habe jetzt einen g42 218i und wollte mal wissen ob der Motor vom 230i technisch eine Änderung hat im gegensatz zu dem 218i weil das im Grunde der selbe Motor ist also ob da die Innereien geändert sind oder anderer Turbo oder vielleicht auch nur über Software die Änderungen sind ich habe dazu bis jetzt noch nirgendwo was gesehen Danke schon mal im vorraus |

Dazu ein paar Teile, die direkt am Motorblock hängen (Kettenkastendeckel, Ölwanne) - das war's aber auch. Wenn man mal stichprobenartig durch den ETK geht, haben so ziemlich alle Teile von 218i und 230i unterschiedliche Teilenummern. Schon die Zylinderköpfe sind gänzlich verschieden, der Turbolader sowieso. 230i = B48O1ZIK = Zylinderkopf-integrierter Krümmer - hat der 218i nicht. The main difference is the power output and torque. The 230i has a more powerful version of the B48 engine, with a larger turbocharger and higher boost pressure, resulting in a higher output of 248 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque, compared to the 218i's output of 154 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque.
