Things like this are what keeps english speakers from writing......it is a international forum for BMW lovers....who care if it small talk? My original intention for asking for this was so that english speakers who cant speak any german at all can at least read and find out about Treffens and internal treffens and general chat. Technical stuff is good to, but most forums are not about just "technical" stuff. Even the tech forums have small talk in them. The fact that we have more than one thread on it at all is justification enough.....man I get tired of trying to justify it. DO WE WANT TO BE INTERNATIONAL OR NOT???!!! There is still that little button on the top right corner that translates. I do think it is a good idea for those who can but the option should be opened up for those who speak French and Italian etc.. but since this is a "dot DE" website, you would naturally assume that the language will be in German. @ reddevil: you dont have to justify it ... It will justify itself when and if everyone who can write English does. There are Americans I know who dont know how to look at the site,(That is if they werent lying to me by saying they were here in the first place) let alone write. Education is the key and as my man IIIZeusIII says Rome was not built in a day. Neither will the outside worlds education. So for those of us who are here we just need to use it more. There is a lot of knowledge about everything and this helps to get all our people together! Of couse you can place your questions in english.. (maybe not to mcuh slang because this might be difficult for some German guys :o) for sure you can place a "please answer in english" on buttom..
