Ich suche einen BMW Mechaniker fuer einen Kollegen aus Afrika in Luanda,Angola (Suedafrika)

Das mag sich vielleicht etwas merkwuerdig anhoeren ist es aber nicht. Er wird dort in kurzer zeit eine Deutsche Werkstatt eroeffnen und sucht noch einen Technischen Manager mit an die 6 bis 10 Jahre Erfahrung.

Dieser wuerde dort zeitlich 6 Wochen sein und dann 2 Wochen in Deutschland Urlaub immer abwechselnd.

Wohnung Verkehrsmittle Verpfelgung etc. wird in Luanda gestellt sowie ein Gehalt von 2x soviel wie in Deutschland bezahlt wird natuerlich alles auf Verhandlungs basis dh. da laesst sich etwas machen.

ohne das ich interesse hätte an dem job (die 2 großen probleme: kein mechaniker, angola)

wie stellt er sich das denn vor? ist es nur zeitweise oder soll sich derjenige komplett nach angola zurückziehen?

es is zwar grad ruhig in angola, aber selbst das viele geld würde mich nich dorthin treiben.

vor allem frag ich mich wie das bezahlt werden soll, doppeltes gehalt wie hier in D und ich glaube nicht, dass sich da so ein unglaublich hoher Umsatz machen lässt, dass sich das dann rentiert!

Ausdruecklich Zeitweise wenn bedarf und gefallen besteht auch laenger.

Die nachfrage ist ziemlich gross vorallem da BMW gerade eine eigene Zweigstelle dort eroeffnet hat bietet sich natuerlich die Moeglichkeit etwas an Konkurenz aufzubauen.

Schade dass ich kein Mech. bin, ich würd mich sofort melden!

Noch ein kleines update: Ich habe nochmal eine Email von ihm bekommen (auf Englisch) wo alles nochmals detailliert drinnen steht. Wenn sich ein passender Mech meldet ist er auch gerne bereit nach Deutschland zu kommen und alles vorort zu klaeren.

Falls noch Fragen zu dem Job bestehen bitte pn schicken da ich nun alles beantworten kann.

nochmal ein up hier viele details auf englisch:

Hey I really appreciate your help thus far. As I told you yesterday, my project is to open a car garage to service BMW, Audi, Mercedes, and VW cars here in Luanda - Angola. Angola is the second biggest oil producer in Africa, and the wealthy people here like German cars. There has been dealerships for those brands for many years now, but they are good only at selling cars, when it comes to servicing them their service is just horrible.
The car population of these brands is fairly good for an African country, for BMW there´s alot of X5, 7 series, 5 series, and 3 series. As far as Mercedes is concerned the ML class is also the most popular, even dought there´s quite a few E, and C classes. For audi the Q7 population is growing, but also mainly the A4 and A6 models. The VW population is devided by Golfs, passat, and many Touaregs.

One of the biggest handicaps for garages here is qualified staff. I know of people that got so tired of spending thousand of dollars in their maintenance and not getting a good service that they decided to send their cars to to serviced in Namibia witch is more than 2000km away :)

So not only to sell to my customers the quality of my service but also to solve mechanical issues in a quick and fast manner I am considering bringing a highly experienced German technician. Someone with more than 15 years of experience in German cars. This individual would be responsible for the entire technical area. We would start with the capacity to serve 5 cars at once, therefore complete the team with 4 local technicians and maybe one or two more experienced Germans. All of these guys from Germany would need to be certified by the manufacturers (BMW, or Audi, or Mercedes, or VW).

The second reason for a bad service quality is that Angola imports everything, therefore the ports are always busy and over their capacity. This means that a sucessfull business must have a highly experienced individual in parts procurement and stocks. Stocks must be enought to sustain 90 days intervals, since it takes that long to order and receive parts - and of course someone that spends more than 100,000 dollars in their car doesn´t want to hear that as an excuse - So I would need an experienced person also familiar with parts procurement and stock softwares as well as familiar with the German market.

For all those expatriates I would provide a highly attractive salary, plus housing and full expenses covered while here, and transportation. They would came on a trial basis initially, and then if everything went according to plan rotate on 6 months basis with free airline ticket on Lufthansa witch has direct flight´s between Frankfurt and Luanda every Wednesdays.

mich hat der erwin aus magdeburg angerufen, und
meinte ich solle ihn sein trabbi frisieren, er bezahle
auch 2x sowiel wie im Osten! Er würde mir sogar
hin- und rückfahrt zahlen auch für eine
übernachtungsmöglichkeit würde er sorgen!

na ja wie gesagt ohne worte!
